Went through the Drive Thru at 7:00 pm on 3-30-2024, because the doors were locked. Speaker at Drive thru was hard to hear, which was frustrating as the guy on talking was getting frustrated at me asking him to repeat himself. Waited over 20 min for the food, with no other cars in line. Finally, the food was brought out to the car and without a word from the employee was rudely given to me. Food was barely warm, so not sure what we were waiting on

Worker seemed nice. However, it took 10 minutes to get our food because 4 out of 6 meals were chicken strips. I am ok with that. What I am not ok with is the fact that the only hot meal was the 2 piece kids meal. The other strips were hard and dry. The 2 burgers were warm but not hot either. Additionally, the fries were a bit soggy like they have been cooked for quite a while. I am not sure how crisp and stiff they should be as this is the first time...
