12/11/24 edit- So I am putting my review down from 5 to 3 stars. Bc the last THREE times we went to get ice cream, they have been out of soooo many flavors. I do understand that winter is the slower season for ice cream so maybe they have less flavors in stock. That would be reasonable. However, they don’t ever have strawberry. I think that is pretty basic sooo idk why they have been out of it in the middle of the week (today is a weds and they were out today) as well as 3.5 weeks ago they were out on a Saturday. And last Friday they were out. So three different days of the week. From 3.5 weeks ago until the most recent time today, me and 3 of my kids have been trying to get our usual orders. But they had no strawberry, no brownies to make any of the flavors that have brownies, and no birthday cake ice cream, and not even mint ice cream. Like, what do you guys even have?! Sooo why care abt it enough to complain? Well, we like this ice cream place and don’t want it to go out of business! And it is a bit more out of the way than the “other guys.” And ppl like us who will drive an extra 5-10 mins out of the way to come to your business bc it is better, will file it in their memory as “they won’t have what I want.” Out of sight, out of mind. And vice versa. Hopefully you guys can get your inventory issue fixed up before you have too many more customers w negative experiences! And then I can put my perfect review back up to 5 stars!!!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this location. I know it is “only“ an ice cream shop, but sometimes something like that can really make your day so much better especially when you have kids. The owner of this business is one of the last normal business owners that I know of that exists. He actually cares if he retains his customers and treats people with respect, and is actually genuinely thankful and appreciative of their patronage. It is so common to be mistreated by business owners, and managers that when I encounter someone like this man, it really makes me so grateful. I hope that this place stays in business for many many years to come because they deserve all the success in the world. They always go above and beyond to make things right even when something is just a small inconvenience such as being out of your favorite ice cream flavor. The owner volunteered to mix in the items by hand just because I was disappointed. I am a little embarrassed to admit that, because it kind of makes me sound like a food obsessed fatty. But I really want everyone to understand what a wonderful place this is. And their ice cream is simply the best. I live like 15 mins away and pass H AND DQ. I will always drive the extra few miles to come here. The people who work here are always polite, kind, and always let you know they are happy you have chosen to come there. Stopped by today July 3rd at 5:45p after our amazing dinner at Antone's. Figured we grab an ice cream with the kids. Got 4 items. Medium chocolate shake, 2 medium cups of ice cream and a small cup. Took 20 mins to get our order with 1 person in front of us. There was 5 employees working. Finally got my wife's Medium chocolate shake. Might as well been chocolate milk. Never seen a "shake" like that before. My wife being a nice person, wouldn't let me take it back. Crazy how long it took. 2 cars went through the drive through while we were waiting. Not sure why it took so long with very little people in any line. Ice cream cups were fine. But the shake was a joke and the wait was horrendous for no reason at all.

Update: It took 20 mins to place our order! Not to receive it! We had 1 person in front of us and then 2 young ladies showed up after us and jumped the line to get their sampler in front of us! Employees should be aware of customers in the line and the order they show up. Thanks for the...

Terrible service. The girls here are constantly changing. And none of them seem to know how to do their jobs. They are almost always out of at least half of their ice creams. Today the girl charged my card then told me they couldn't make banana splits. Not only were they out of bananas but they were out of strawberry ice cream. Then she was out of the next ten ice cream flavors I asked for. No black raspberry. No sherbets of any flavor. Update. 6/20/24. Tried them again. Yet again the first six flavors I tried to order they were out of stock. No chocolate peanut butter. No chewy chocolate. Ect. This place is beyond incompetent. Don't...
