The Hidden Café — Restaurant in Ohio

This place was where my wedding was at. While planning it out I asked them for the tables to be set up, to use their tablecloth, where the bridal table will be, reservation tables, and if they will dismiss tables for the wedding. When I got there for the set up, it was just me and my friends and family. I had to call the owner to find tables and tablecloths and everything else that was needed. Oh and the clean dishes that she told me that were clean for the candy dishes were not clean. And so was some of the table clothes. I found sticky stuff on them while setting up the tables. Then the day of the wedding I was told the room I can use to get my wedding dress on in was full of clothes. And we had to bring a blanket to cover all the windows. After I got dressed, I ran into the owner getting ready to take some food out to the car cuz apparently she is catering another venue. The food was delicious and was cooked on time but they did not dismiss any tables so it was chaos. I asked staff and they were never told. I never had those reservations for my family. The place was cute enough and the food was average but the vibes were way off. I was there for an event and the owner was really rude. When I arrived I could hear her on the phone yelling about something in the parking lot. We ended up walking in at the same time and she I know she saw me behind her, but she let the door shut in front of my face which I thought was rude. Then throughout the event she was glaring at various guests. This was especially noticeable when the event was wrapping up which made several of us uncomfortable while taking photos. I have had multiple parties and caters with the hidden cafe and never had any issues. The owners are always willing to go above and beyond by providing additional items, decor, and more even when not asked. They have let me come in extra early to decorate and the food is always made to perfection. They will accommodate as much as they possibly can whenever you ask. A great family with a fantastic venue!
