Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I ordered almost 70$ worth of food from here today and I always order from there at least once a month if not more and was in the middle of eating my steak and cheese sub from there when the light caught my eye and I look down to grab the second half of my sandwich and I see something and I pulled it out and it just kept coming and coming out and it was a giant blonde hair and no one in my house has blonde hair we are all red heads or brown hair dark brown hair no blonde and this is like the third time we found hair in our food from them the other two times we reported it to the headquarters and all they wanted to do is replace our meal which is fine but then u do it again so I have eaten here since I was a child I love Marcos pizza but I don’t like the hair in my food now I feel like I’m gonna get sick I already ate half of it u know so I’m like sitting here like do I throw up or is it gonna pass well one nausea pill later I’m still feeling sick it was so long and so gross I took a pic of the hair and it’s got meat stuck to it just looking at the hair makes me sick all over again I hope they really up there game in the future if I ever do go back there again I paid for two pizzas two breads and 3 subs and it was like 67$ with delivery which is fine but it’s like money wasted my family won’t eat any of it now so I hope they understand u can’t serve food with hair in it what does a hair net cost like ten cents each u can’t afford to make your employees wear one my god I would donate some if not gonna provide them for them to wear it almost looks like gray hair in the light we even gave the driver a extra tip when they got here I paid online and in person bc I am a waitress and I know how it is to live on tips I did good at work today my family had a bad death with one of our children he was only 26 and we wanted to eat out after such bad news and this is what we get thank you Marcos once again for serving my family hair u guys are awesome lol. I’d consider removing this review if I was fully compensated for my dinner but that’s the only way I will remove it off here maybe in the future don’t serve people hair three times in one year it maybe has been two years since it started but I’m seriously starting to think someone there is doing it on purpose and I will find out if they are and when I do I will hand my evidence over to the local authorities for sure thank you for...

I grew up eating this pizza as a treat for years. When I moved from Northwood out to Colorado, it became even more of a treat because I could only eat it when I came home for Christmas. However, since the last time I was here, apparently the old manager left and my parents have been watching our favorite pizza place's quality plummet. I was skeptical, and I got them to order us a pizza while I was back last night. It was horrible. When we opened the lid, we could see that someone had held the box vertically or had slammed on their brakes hard enough that the cheese had slid off of half of the pizza and was in such bad shape that it came over the crust on the other side. When trying to eat the cheese, it was chewy and nearly tasteless. The slices weren't even close to being cut evenly as each was somehow a different size. The whole thing was a giant disappointment and made me feel like a bad child for having my parents waste their money on such a poor product. I've been eating pizza from this shop for most of my whole life (I'm 26), but I will never order from there again. The only reason that it got one star is because the mushrooms I got on it gave me such incredibly noxious gas that it was pretty hilarious. So if you want to fart away some bad company, go ahead and order from this store. If not, go pick up some frozen pizzas, at least you won't have paid out the nose for them if they're terrible. What a letdown.

Ordered online, at 7:11pm, stated estimated delivery between 7:45 & 8:00 pm. When it wasn't here at 8:05 & their delivery tracker said it was "delivered" we called- the "manager, Steve said his driver was here but no one answered the door- I was starving so was constantly looking out for them. He said he would send them back out- we said we didn't want cold pizza- he said he would check it, if it was cold he would remake the order- 5 minutes later anther manager, "Matthew" called since the driver had to take his wife to work, he had voided the order and needed our credit card number again. 20 minutes later the doorbell rang (8:20 pm) our pizza was delivered- the same one ordered at 7:11 pm - yep like eating leftover pizza for the price of fresh.
