I will be contacting corporate. After working 12 and a half hours I came through this McDonald's. Ordered a couple of sandwiches and a couple of hash browns. My drink was the wrong size. I asked for it to be corrected and Alexis rolled her eyes and gave me nasty looks as if me asking for the correct drink took money directly out of her paycheck.she then proceeded to tell me she had been there all night and didn't want to put up with people's bullshit.to which I replied she did not have to be nasty with me that I was the customer and that her eye roll was able to move mountains. She then mentioned how she was proud of her nasty attitude and her eye rolls. I was very unimpressed. She should not have a job in customer service ever. I then was so dissatisfied I called the manager named Jonathan. Who said he only caught the tail end of the conversation. But he was the one who started handing me my food. He literally did nothing about the situation but have a conversation with her. I'm sure that conversation was not adequateand held no consequence for the way Alexis treated me with such attitude. This is by far the WORST McDonald's for service I have every encountered. She needs fired and Johnathan needs replaced or coaching to become a stronger manager. this was not the first time that Alexis had provided such horrible customer service. I had been through there a week prior and watched her do the same thing to several other people including myself and I never said anything. Lesson learned I will be videotaping every time I come through there. Horrible... Way to treat people Alexis. I hope your proud of your disrespectful nature. Just as you are of your attitude and eye rolls. 0...
Read moreWe travel to Ohio from Michigan a lot and this McDonalds became our go-to stop before we hit the toll road to head home. We've always had extremely quick, friendly service and the restaurant was usually well kept. However, I was so unhappy with our latest visit that I have no desire to ever come back again. The switch to solely kiosk ordering in the dining room is a nightmare. It takes an unacceptable amount of time to order now, especially with as busy as this location is. We were stuck waiting almost 15 minutes to place an order, mainly due to the amount of people who didn't know how to use the machines or needed help and had no assistance because of the short staff situation. Do everyone a favor and throw those darn machines out of the window! Once orders were finally placed (or people just gave up ordering and left), it was another 15 minute wait for food, where we heard constant yelling from the kitchen because orders were "too big or too picky." No drink cups were ever set out ahead of time and the young girl working the drive thru and dining room (by herself) was so stressed out that she was lashing out at customers. The entire floor in the dining room was extremely sticky from pop spills (and so bad near the pop machine that my flip flop came off because it stuck to the floor) and the tables and floor were covered in trash. I try to be very understanding of the staffing issues everyone is facing right now, but this was uncalled for. The dining room should not be open, at least until more staff is hired/available. The only reason I even gave this 2 stars is because our order was right and the...
Read moreIt started nice, the cashier was friendly at first when she took my money for both orders. I received one order and stood waiting nicely for the other one. I was watching her hand out the other orders while glancing at me. I assumed she knew I was still waiting for my other order. After the last customer got his food, I finally asked if she lost my order. She was very nasty in response with 'they were getting it'....they were not. I never responded. Just frowned. She called back to the kitchen several times. The manger saw my face, at this point, I was pretty angry at the whole thing. She very nicely asked if I was being helped, before I could even open my mouth to say anything ( all I had said at this point was did you lose my order, and they did btw) the cashier jumped in her face and was saying who knows what. I stood there in shock as the manager called back to the kitchen yet again. The manager never apologized or said sorry for the wait. It had been over twenty minutes at this point. I left and explained to the person waiting in the car what had happened, they went in and they just pointed to the bag. Our first order was ice cold as well as fries. But forget it. I get mistakes happen. They do. I know exactly what happened they cleared my order in the back on accident. The bags were still sitting with the printed order number on it. But a quick sorry about that, I would have laughed it off. But to be rude, not try to figure out what happened, then to not let me speak to the manager and physically put yourself to block her view of me. It was just odd! The whole...
