Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Ohio

OK, so first off when I walked in all the tables and chairs were a mess and covered in food. Secondly, when I went to order my food, they seemed very rude and chaotic, and the two guys were arguing with each other. I ordered myself a pepperoni lovers pizza $18 for a pizza when they gave it to me I opened it up to check it like I always do and it was a meat lovers with like onions, peppers, sausage, and a bunch of other random meat. Asked if they could remake it for me. It wasn’t that big a deal I wasn’t really in a hurry, but when I got the second pizza I got home and I open the box to a complete mess. This pizza looked like it was made from a five-year-old the dough was still mushy and soggy there was just cheese and pepperoni just all over the place, like even underneath the pizza itself like the pizza like fell apart when I picked it up, it was so undercooked . Close early. Open late morning. It's like it's made for normal people and not truck drivers despite being at a truck stop.

Edit: Tried again and the store was closed around 2030. What's the bloody point of running a place like this if you can't even stay open at what you could argue is prime time for drivers to be coming in and parking for the night. I guess they just hate making money....

I work for a trucking company based from down the road so I stop here alot. Most of the time service is pretty good. Enough to give them 5 stars even the rare times service has been subpar.
