Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

First of all $22.17 for Taco Bell for 2 people??? They forgot to give me my nacho and cheese that I ordered. I went up to the counter and asked for it with my receipt. I was given half a cheese #2 portion cup with about 7 chips. I ordered a chicken protein bowl; I did receive this item. They forgot the black beans. Took it up to the counter and they gave me black beans on top of my existing protein bowl, about a tablespoon of a mushy bean substance. The Taco Bell employees were two young girls in the back on Monday, 1/9/2023, around 7:10pm. I did not receive one apology, or even a word spoken to me from them through the whole experience. Walked in at 930 pm. Ordered a couple cheesy Gordita crunches and a few soft tacos. The GC’s were $4.60 and the ST’s were $3.29. They didn’t put on the GC sauce and there might’ve been a teaspoon full of “meat” in the ST’s. Asked for a cup of Sour Cream…which was $1.29. I couldn’t get myself to eat my tacos and told my wife to throw it all away. Another gentleman walked in behind us and asked if they were closed (at 9:45PM) and the lady said “Well, I guess we can take your order.” And acted like they were all doing the poor guy a favor. I’m sorry, don’t go. Just go to the IHOP, they have pretty much the same...

As you can see from the photos, I'm sure you might understand better than me why every single table is dirty. The pictures show how busy and packed the place is. I mean, come on, besides us, there was one person who came in while we were in there for 20 minutes eating. So busy that they only had time for three employees to stand there putting plastic bags in the pans. More so impressive is the sign that says cookie for $5 with ANY combo but when i ordered it, they said it wasnt for any combo. Yup, really impressed here. I'll definately be back so i can dine at a dirty table like i did june...
