Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ohio

This used to be a decent Pizza Hut but now? Not even close for take out and delivery. I've received pizza that was an under cooked half doughy mess and others where the crust had bubbled up so nearly half of the pizza doesn't have any sauce or topping on it. After calling the manager to complained I've either been just told "Sorry" and that's the end of it or offered a "discount" on future orders instead of them making it right then and there and giving me a decent pizza to replace the horrid mess they gave me. Even worse one manager I talked to acted as if I was a scam artist just because I was complaining about the pizza and said that a future discount wouldn't cut it. It was at that point I decided never to get carry our or delivery from them again.

The crazy thing is I've never had a problem with an eat in order...so they can and do prepare them correctly when they care to. Doesn't matter though, they've lost me as a customer until or unless they improve their performance or least discover what customer service and...

This place is solid I'm a regular here. I highly recomend the cajin fries and their new yorker. Most of the people working here are nice and the food is especially good! My only complaint is that depending on who's on shift the quality of your food and service varies. Like today.

I went in around 1pm- 2pm to get my free breadsticks today off the app and for some reason my breadsticks were short a few pieces if not one. And when I walked in and stood at the desk waiting to be seen there's this lady in glasses that will just watch you or pretend you're not there.

She stood in the back and made the waiter hand me my food as she stood there on her phone. There was no reason in my eyes that she had to make the waiter stop serving guest at their tables just to hand me breadsticks that were done already. Gonna start coming less to avoid whoever that lady was. My experience is usually poor whenever she's working recently. The missing bread sticks kinda solidified...

I'm giving 3 stars today because corporate has their head in their a**. I was Missing 8$ worth of food from the order. It's already late on a school night and I asked for my money to be credited to my card but because of a new corporate policy the local store can't give credit. I explained that by the time I would get it , I'd be putting the kiddos to bed and that it was pointless. She took my number and name and said would have general manager call. I don't understand how this is going to help me get half my order refunded. No customer service . Id be glad to take to food however at a later time as we order pizza every week and the driver always is so nice and brings cat treats. But we may have to stop buying pizza hut altogether. Loyal customer x 10+ years at this location. Ps, pizza took over an hour to be delivered and was cold also. But hey I used rewards points . Not a...
