I would personally give this company, and the people who handle billing zero stars. I am from out of state and my insurance would not cover the cost of the ride to the hospital, subsequently they charged me double what they could charge an insurance company. They said I could get 20% off if I paid in full. I may not be broke but I wanted to wait until I received money from the home owner where the accident took place. That imminently eliminated the 20% discount (a fact they were well aware of). They also charged me more than a 100 dollars per month in interest even after agreeing that they would work with me time wise to pay the 2,000$ ambulance ride to a different hospital.
