I cannot find a major pizza chain that delivers in the Northwood, Ohio area that can seemingly get pop orders correct. The drivers they hire are careless, lazy or stupid. I had the same issue with Marcos (twice), Domino's and now Pizza Hut. All four times I have ordered Diet Pepsi/Coke depending on what they offered. With Marcos and Domino's the drivers said they'd go back to their store and get it straight. They came back in less time than it takes to make the round trip to their store with the correct 2ltr except it was WARM. That means they went to the closest convenience store and gave me warm pop to go with a now much colder pizza. I paid more for cold pop. The drivers obviously did not want the manager to know they cannot do their job. So for Pizza Hut I made my order and I even put in the delivery comments section to bring Diet Pepsi only. The driver shows up with regular Dr. Pepper! I did not accept the order. I will not order pizza in this black hole of the pizza universe. My guess it will at least be better for my waist line. Stupid is as...
Read moreI frequent this location and normally do not have a problem. I ordered 3 pizzas on Halloween and went and picked it up cause I know it's pretty busy on this evening. I ordered a chicken bacon pizza with the white garlic parmesan sauce along with 2 other kinds of pizza. They had put marina on my chicken pizza, no big deal mistakes happen. I took it back and waited for them to make me a new one. They forgot the cheese on the second one. They knew it was messed up cause I overheard one if the workers comment, do we have to make it again? Another member went over and not sure what he did but they should have made it right. They didn't! I took the pizza home and realized there was no cheese on it. No point in you back at this point. Just wanted to let these people know that this is bad business and some retraining she be...
Read moreI ordered 1(one) large extra pepperoni pizza snd some extras last night. Took over an hour to be delivered less than a half mile down the street. When it arrived, it was cold, and grease literally dripped from the underside. If you are going to charge people for food it should be edible! If you charge a delivery fee ... It should arrive in a timely manner and if your drivers expect a tip, they will stop using the phrase "how much you want back" when your bill is 21 bucks ... And you hand them 2 20s. Because the answer will always be "all of it" how dare you presume you deserve a tip! Let your custoners offer that as its not mandatory nor would any intellegent person offer you 90% of...
