Pizza Oven — Restaurant in Ohio

The lady working the front counter was awful. Horribly incompetent, hates her job and wants to make sure you know it. Waited over an hour for a single pepperoni pizza on a Monday night. (We were the only two people waiting in the entire restaurant). The lady asked my name to check on the pizza but never came back and didn’t follow up. Another 30 minutes goes by and I’m tired of waiting. We go to the counter and the lady just kinda laughs and “oops, it’s under the wrong name”. I was furious. It took a lot of self control not to go off on them in there. She seems to think that a “pretty face”means she can mess up your order as much as she wants and laugh about it. The pizza we finally received was dried out and hard from sitting under the heating lamps for so long. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not return to this location until there is a change in staff. I have warned my friends to avoid this location. It isn’t worth it to put up with the horrible...

First time experience with Pizza Oven. First impression was that we were questioning if they were even open, because it did not look well kept on the outside. It took us a minute to find the dining menus, because there were catering menus everywhere. Inside was very plain, and there was no ambiance so you can hear everyone in the kitchen from the dining room. Our table was VERY unstable and shaky, we were scared to lean on it. We found that the legs underneath were very rusty.

I got a salad, and it was okay. As for the pizza, to put it bluntly, nobody at our table liked it. The crust was very dense and bread-like, the sauce was sour, and the cheese was greasy. Pizza oven, Get your staff a new phone please. The staff can't hear your order as it kept cutting out on her. Had to repeat my order many times. Hope they get my address right n we get our order correct. Not feeling too confident at this point. Food has been pretty good in past. So 1st time ordering for delivery. We will see. UPDATE: Delivery went well n food was hot n good. My chicken was so good n our pizza was perfect. Delivery guy was neat n clean, courteous n very nice. We ate inside a few weeks ago n it was very nice. No complaints about anything. Its a typical pizza parlor. Not fancy. Very simple. You order at counter and they bring it to your table. They even made my pizza with Alfredo sauce n chicken upon my request n it was so good....
