Let me just start off by saying it takes A LOT for me to get to this point that I stoop to this level....Anyways... I usually I go here at night and the staff is way better so I still give them 3 stars because the place is clean and convenient. With that being said, the afternoon experience I get is a different story. I frequent this subway because its close to my house and I go about 3 times a week. Every afternoon visit I make there it never fails the minute I walk in there I get dirty looks and very rude attitude from the middle age lady that always wears a bandanna, unfortuently I've never had the pleasure of catching her name... She puts me in a defensive mood immediately when I give my order and get nothing back no smile, nothing...It comes off more to me though she MUST hate her job.
I have been in sales and customer service the majority of my adult life and I could never fathom treating ANY customer the way she treats everyone that comes into contact with her. Besides her attitude, my sandwich is always messy because I think she really doesnt care. People work hard and deserve a good experience and AT LEAST a properly put together sandwich. Hopefully she either gets a new attitude or finds a new career path because I know I wont be returning during her shift...
Read moreAlways one of the best cared for Subways that I stop at! The two young gentlemen working were very personable. The sandwiches were good and I am so glad they brought back the chipotle sauce! Prices have dramatically increased over the past year+, but that's everywhere nowadays. You can tell Subway is trying to revamp their image to keep up with others, especially with all the sub shops in the Canton/Massillon area, I'm sure it's difficult to compete. I typically will only go to Subway if it's convenient or I'm in a hurry, but you will get much more meat, toppings, and bread varieties elsewhere if you want to drive toward the Belden area. I imagine smaller towns where there are limited options help with such a franchise, but for this particular storefront it helps you greatly that you had such friendly young gentlemen working that evening. Sorry I couldn't remember their names, but I'll update this if I see them on the next stop by. Keep up with the great...
Read moreYou walk in and you're not greeted which I couldn't. Totally understand if they're already with a customer which was the case when I got there. The lady who made my sub wasn't necessarily rude but she definitely wasn't pleasant. She could have had resting b** face, but if you're going to work in customer service, that's something you need to be aware of and fix. The thing that grossed me out the most is that they have One singular knife that they cut every single sub with. So that's an extensive amount of cross-contamination with no regard to anybody's allergies or just plain and simple. Not liking to have someone else's sub cut into your sub. Overall, I will not recommend this location to anybody as the workers aren't very pleasant and the cross-contamination in itself would make me never return. I have been to many other subways and they use a new knife every single time. They cut a sub which is how...
