Sara's Sweets — Restaurant in Ohio

I placed a large order online for cookies for my office, expecting them to just be shipped the following Monday. We’re a good 45 minutes away from Lima. Sara called me shortly after and asked if she could deliver the cookies, and which day and time would be best. She also offered me a wider selection than I was able to select online, so I was able to get some St. Patty’s day cookies as well as another flavor that I requested. She drove all this way to hand deliver them and they were of course AMAZING. Can’t recommend this place enough! I plan on ordering again in the future, hopefully for our whole company next time....

We used Sara’s Sweets for our wedding cake and it turned out really good. We bought a 2 tier cake for us to cut and then serve as extra with cupcakes (bought from somewhere else). They have many flavors to choose from. We chose cappuccino crunch and lavender. They both tasted really good. They had a photo of a cake with white roses that I liked and said that they could match icing colors to the colors in my bouquet. They did a good job at matching the colors. I ordered a cake for my wedding from Sara's Sweet Lima. The cake itself tasted good. The reason I gave them only two stars was because I was shown a picture of a Birchwood designed cake, however once I picked up the cake my husband and I were severely disappointed in the look of the cake. It looked like someone figure painted brown smudges on a cream colored cake. It looked very unappetizing. Thank goodness I have a family of crafty people. My sister and family friend completely redid the icing and made it look like the picture I was shown...
