Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

03/13/21 3 people standing in line. A women, an older gentleman and a young man (my husband) the older man in front of the women orders 2 6" subs and was counting change to get it for himself and his wife.... the youngman (my husband) in front of him pays for his stuff but reaches the girl at the register $10 and tells her to pay for his order. I thought that was so sweet of him. The young man walks over to fill his drink and hears the older mans change jingling and the women at the register counting the change.... the man just gave her $10 to pay for his food. The young man confronts the lady at the register (apparently shes the manager) so she said... He asked why did he pay for his food when I gave you the money to pay for his order ? She stole his $10 and put it in the TIP jar. "You aren't supposed to even have a tip jar" As would I the young man was upset and called the worker out and was told he had to leave. It may have only been $10 but it's not those moral of the story... I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT...

My husband & I were so thankful that Subway was open until 9pm on NYE, but we were a little reluctant to go out for food because we thought we'd be greeted by hostile employees (for having to work on NYE). However we found the exact opposite to be true. We were greeted by Meghan with such a bright smile. She made us feel welcome & did not view us as an inconvenience. Her bubbly personality brightened our evening! She is certainly an asset to this company, a bright light in this ever darkening world!! I will most definitely go back again & again because of the service she provided us. Thanks for being available for us this evening! Keep that smile...

I come here all the time to get food. The service is a 10/10 the atmosphere is a 9.8/10 that’s because sometimes the store radio plays weird songs and when your in line and hear weird songs it’s just weird. I give the food a 9.9/10 the reason I give that review is because after 6:30pm it’s a 50/50 chance if they have meatballs to make a meatball sub, and sometimes after the 7:20pm rush they have no chocolate chip cookies. If you’re doing take out it’s fairly quick and if you’re dining in it’s about the same time. I give this subway a...
