Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Picture it. I happened to stumble across this Taco bell, while I was lost. It's around 11:30 at night (08/30/2024) my phones dead, I just left the hospital (in youngstown!) and wanted to go home. I get lost and go 30 minutes the wrong way from my home and luckily came across the nicest crew possible at this taco bell! I was sobbing hysterically because I was lost and tired. The manager immediately offered me kindness, letting me use their store phone and giving me a charger. She made sure I was comfortable until I could wait for my family to come help me home. She let me sit in the lobby until they got there. She checked on me quite a few times! My mom came to my rescue and she orders tacos to go since we are there and deserved a treat after that stress. We get home and the tacos are the BEST taco bell tacos I've EVER had! Nothing stuck to the paper, good portions on the shells, on top of the extreme kindness and generosity they showed a complete stranger in the middle of the night. If I want taco bell again, I will absolutely drive 40 minutes and past the other 10 taco bells on my way to this one. You guys seriously rock! Thank...

Its hard to catch a delicious tasty meal here. Food is carelessly made, half the time they ruin your order. When you complain, they act like your trying to get something free, no your just terrible. Drive thru line was wrapped around building, inside empty. Went inside to skip the line, did not get my food until the last person that pulled into the drive thru line came around and they had 8 staff members. An employee was changing the garbage and left a trail of garbage fluid around the floor. When I told them about it, no one cared. Youngstown-Poland Road location. I refuse to go to non-corperate owned locations. They charge more for the same quality food as any other tacobell. NOT VERY PLEASED, WITH THIS TAKE-OUT ORDER! My wife ordered 2 shredded chicken quesadilla. They were very LEAN with the ingredients. So she added lettuce & MORE cheese,,, to make it taste like something! I ordered 6 spicy 'loaded' tacos for my son & I. I got to say, they came LOADED & were very good tasting! (Thumbs up!) BUT,,,, The thin PAPER that they were wrapped in made a GODAWFUL MESS!!! The paper STUCK to the shell so bad that we had to dump the contents of the Tacos into a bowl, & throw away the bottom 1/3 of the shell!
