Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

I thought leaving a 1star review would help this location get better, but apparently most of Canton has beat me to it. You need to fire the guy that can't even speak to customers, he doesn't even try, mostly cause he's too stoned to comprehend much. He's consistently hurting your business. Not to mention the FOOD...it's TERRIBLE. It's old, crusty, poorly made...no one cares at this NEW location. The one on Tusc runs like a well-oiled machine. Do we throw all the discarded employees to Navarre Road????

I will be requesting a refund as my entire $20 order was trash...all of it. Fix this, or shut this location down and put something in this area can be proud of.

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions knowing it was brand new and they had to get their staffing and quality under control, awhile after they’ve opened I stop and get a chalupa and it had plastic in it. I called and spoke with a manager no problem issue was resolved she said I could get another one my next visit. Go my next visit to get my chalupa and some other things and they gave me attitude about me finding plastic in my food before and and forgot my chips and cheese. Only one that’s ever treated me with respect is...

As a dasher, we make our living and wages off of going above and beyond for our customers! This Taco Bell has consistently been a place I try to avoid! Never any help from the employees to get stuff out quickly, very forgetful of the dashers waiting, and to top it off, they have an outdoor window that they MAKE you stand at even in the freezing cold until it’s at their convenience to bring your order thats sitting right in front of them! Never have I ever had a delivery go smooth or remotely even close to being on time through...
