STOOD IN LINE FOR 6 MIN NO ONE WOULD LOOK OR ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER. THE CASHIER CAME TOOK THE PEOPLES ORDER IN LINE IN FRONT OF ME THEN A MANAGER MICHELLE PUSHED THE CASHIER OUT OF THE WAY TALKING ON PHONE WORKING THE POINT OF SALE FOR OVER 10 MINS, WHILE ON THE PHONE. THE CASHIER ASK IF SHE COULD OPEN THE OTHER POINT OF SALE MANAGER WOULD NOT TALK TO HER OR ANY OF THE NOW 8 CUSTOMERS IN LINE. THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TRYING TO HELP WHEN A 3RD EMPLOYEE CAME OUT OF THE BACK AND STARTED YELLING AT THE TWO TALKING ORDERS. TO GO TO THERE ASSIGNED AREAS AND THEY WERE NOT TO BE TALKING TO EACH OTHER. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS OR APOLOGIES TO THE CUSTOMERS WAITING IN LINE. 3 PEOPLE LEFT WITH OUT ORDERING. I was already in awe of the idea of a chocolate peppermint frosty đ«đŹđto go along with my Spicy Chicken (sub Honey Mustard instead of mayo, of course) & sour cream & chive baked potato (3 sour cream, 2 butter, 1 salt, 4 pepper)... Crystal made the Frostys & made sure I was happy with the proportions of chocolate to peppermint (mind blown in the best way! đ€Ż). Not only that, she made sure I got all the right condiments I requested along with plasticware & napkins... and the icing on this delightful Wendy's cake... THE FOOD WAS PERFECT! My spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and actually spicy & the quality of the chicken... thank you... no more tough, stringy chicken... and my baked potato was awesome & not over baked into...

First thing I noticed was a female manager had an attitude about something, being rude to her employees and complaining about the car that pulled off (me). Kind of made me feel uncomfortable and if it wasn't for my hungry family waiting in the car I would've left then. The manager helped get my large $40 order. I gently reminded her of my 3 lemonades by asking for them. She almost comically overdramaticly huffed out a breath, rolled her eyes and said "of course"
