I loved Mount Rushmore! It is the most patriotic and amazing place on this Earth! Being a retiree with more than 21 years service in the military, US Army and Vietnam veteran I was amazed and tears were brought to my eyes to see such Majesty carved into that mountain. All this was done because it was America! If you ever want to see anything better in America I will be blunt and tell you one thing! There is no place better and Mount Rushmore I will probably just sit this beautiful mountain a few more times so that I could get the overwhelming feeling that ran through me that first time I ever saw it. My wife recently passed after hour 51 years of marriage and we had planned on going there together, it wasn't possible due to her health however she was with me in spirit. Ordered online to pick up on the way home from work. Ordered 2 sandwiches/ meals. Easy. Got there 30 minutes later to one bag with one sandwich ( totally different kind). (Not 2 meals!). Waited in line. Finally told the gentleman who waited on me. His response? “That’s weird!” He took the long receipt and stared at it. The lady working asked him what happened. Both seemed clueless. Neither ever apologized. Neither made eye contact. He remade the sandwiches, but they were sloppy. The more and less options were ignored. The drinks I ordered were unavailable. When I asked, he again was clueless. I told him I’d ordered the 2 cookies on the app with the meals, he said he didn’t see them, so I gave up. They were not on there. There was nothing!!!! At least there could’ve been an apology. This was an extra 20 minutes out of my day. Never again. 5:35 pm...

They don't even deserve 1 star after tonight's service, went there after a basketball game and who ever was working there was rude. One was complaining about when they were going to get out of there....ummm sorry it's only 750pm you close at 9 so why complain when 15 people come in and order food. The one who was making our sandwich looked at me when I said we were eating in and said all our sandwiches are to go so we don't have to wash dishes. I've worked fast food 20 years ago in high school so yes I understand how rude it is when you get a crowd in right at close but this was an hour before close so why the rudeness. When asked for napkins they rolled there eyes and handed them to us. Next time I will either go next door to DQ or take my money to another town and...
