Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Okemah

Service was horrible the co2 on the soda machine was not working the manager working was not trying to help serve their customers by offering an alternative after paying for a drink with the buffet purchase. The salad bar was bare and it took 40 mins to get wings we had ordered. The only good thing was the pizza, but they could not keep up with the demand of the customers for the buffet, so we had to wait for pizza. The desserts were hard as if they had been there all night and day. Taliegha was the manager in charge and was very disrespectful and did not want to help the customers in the restaurant. The other employees were working hard to get the customers what they needed. Apart from poor customer service, they do not pay their employees timely either. I spent $100.00 on this and I am very disappointed as I heard good things...

We had a birthday coming up so I called a week ahead to order the beast pizza. I got half cheese and half pepperoni. It was so good. They had it done when they said it would be and it was delicious. Usually you figure for something that big it would lack quality but this time we got quality and quantity. It was the perfect size for our party and it was a awesome price. Plus the people were so nice. Due to the weather we decided to have a small birthday party there and they were so great to us and let us do what we needed to do. I love having them in our small town and pray for their success so they will stay open. Thanks simple...

My party of 3 ordered three orders of wings. We were the only people inside. It took 20m for them to make them, then they sat them on the open counter for 10m. We had to get them ourselves because the employees forgot to bring us our food. Their trash cans were over flowing, they had forgot to restock the forks at the counter until we had to remind them. Half of there tables were dirty, and the $11.99 10pc boneless wings tasted cheap.
