Great Wall — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I tried to get dinner for my family tonight and received the rudest service of my life. The online ordering system already said it would be an hour wait, and I will as patient for an hour and a half. I called in just curious if they could tell me if it was on it's way. The young man answering phones was annoyed from the get go. They told me they couldn't find my order, I apparently never placed it. Searched by name and address, nope no such order. When I told them I had the receipt and they took my money he begrudgingly asked someone.

She was able to "find" my order and he told me they could start it now if I wanted. By this point it was 2 hours from when I placed my order. I told the young man how upset I was and he told me the order "just came through the system" at the urging of the woman in the background. I finally asked to speak with her myself.

The woman who got on the phone was rude and told me they would refund my card but it's going to take 3 to 4 days for me to get my money back.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. For crappy too expensive food. No thanks. Never....

I am so thankful for this place! Sunday morning I ordered beef with broccoli and hot and sour soup. I asked for both of them to be made spicy. The delivery arrived about an hour later. The food was fresh and everything was spicy.

Here's why this is a big deal for me: I ordered this to be delivered to my mom (who is sick) since I live in Dallas (we are convinced there are healing powers in H&S soup). I gave the driver the wrong building number but he took the time to call me so I could give him the proper address and deliver the order! First off the delivery driver didn't even have GPS so he had to call and ask for directions not a huge deal but then he proceeded to not fallow direction's then proceeded to act extremely rude towards my wife about the way she explained directions and demanding she hand the phone to her husband (me) so I took the phone explained we no longer require his services and to not come to my house but return to his restaurant that we will be receiving a refund. Then he all of a sudden got to my house within two minutes I told him how we already called his supervisor and are receiving a refund. Very bad experience will not be coming back to...
