Jojos Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Went here Sunday November 3rd 2024 to play pool league with a team that plays out of this bar. We were never waited on, the home bar was constantly! Lost out on good tips! I ordered one DP and two waters with lemon from the bartender ( couldn't find waitress). I got two DP's and one water. But was charged for two! My bill was $6.52 for one DP and two waters with lemon. I tipped only $1, I didn't want to tip at all!! Another teammate ordered nachos with no sour cream and no jalapenos. They had both on them. I went to the bar and told the waitress that she needed her, she remade the nachos exactly the same again! The waitress said she never heard no sour cream and no jalapenos that if she had they would have been made right the first time. Seriously!... She told the waitress they were wrong! Needless to say my teammate had to pay for the nachos which I would not have! My sister in law said the waitress was very hateful and said she was not going to remake them again! I'll be sure to pass this all along to my whole pool league!!! $5 soda! I am a smoker did not have a problem with the non-smoking, but you can vape in here. What's the difference???? Only gave one star because I had to so I could post a review and make sure...

So my friends and I were at your place this past Saturday (7/21). Our waitress, a young blonde, first gave me the wrong beer and despite returning it after attempting to drink it, was still charged for it when switched out for a different one. Fine. Like I said, I did attempt to drink it. Then, she got our order of shots wrong TWICE. We ordered a round of Vegas Bombs and were brought basic Jager. Just straight Jager. Upon her second return, they were then Jager bombs. Third trip, we got our Vegas Bombs. Then upon closing my tab, a friend stepped in to pay my tab as that night was a celebration for an accomplishment. Yet I just now see in my online bank statements that I was still charged. So I did end up paying for my tab and the waitress just pocketed the $80 that was given in cash to cover the tab. Very disappointing that despite giving us such poor service all night, she thought that we were giving her an $80 tip on a $69 bill. Of course we were not provided with a receipt for the cash payment by our fabulous waitress. This was my first experience within your establishment and I am highly disappointed. Makes me not want to return and to spread the word to others as to how your servers take care of...

There's absolutely no service unless you go to the bar, which for that same reason makes the waiting very long. Being told it was a great place to play Golden Tee golf, I've been 4 times over the last 3 weeks. They do have a GT game, but the key pad hasn't worked since I've gone. Each time I have brought it to the attention of the bar tender, always with the reply that they would call the game owners to have it fixed. Until tonight they've all been attentive and seemed sincere about fixing the problem. Yet in three weeks, there has been no change. And once again, the bar tended has no clue of the problem. Only tonight, the (male) bar tender was not so helpful. I simply asked for the name of someone who could help, ie .manager, he simply replied that he didn't know his manager's name. Then he asked if I needed anything to drink or if I needed to have. When I said I was was trying to help the bar for future business, he moved on, not to other business, but simply to ignore me. I will go back one more time...I want to find out if this is how the manager and owner do business. Customer service is the very least of this business' list. I recommend any other place for gatherings...
