McDonald's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I'm just leaving this location and I have had the worst experience ever I think at a fast food restaurant via the drive-thru. I go to the drive-thru I order a double cheeseburger with only mayonnaise ketchup and onion. There was a long line so I expected to be awake it was a little late 7 minutes total I pay for my order I gave them the exact change there for I didn't even get a receipt. Just trying to keep the fast pace going. I get to the window my order was ready the lady was friendly she handed me my order and I went on. As I'm pulling out of McDonald's I noticed my burger was just a regular burger with mustard not mayonnaise pickles and just a little bit of onion. I almost didn't go back but I had to I'm allergic to pickles. I go into the lobby to speak with someone about it and the cashier that was working the front counter, a very rude girl very rude and not very knowledgeable of customer service evidently. She continued to ask me for my receipt I explained to her how it went down I just just now came through here and I paid exact amount I didn't get a receipt. At the same time she's talking to me and kind of rolling her eyes I'm questioning whether the health department allows those long eyelashes to be worn while making food or in any kind of restaurant along with these long nasty fingernails that I guess is allowed these days. I will be contacting the health department about those issues as well. The manager saw the fussing that was going on and walked over and she remembered the burger right away it's you know not every day that somebody orders a burger like that. She told the lady in the back to make it. I don't know if I can add pictures on here but I did take pictures for you all to see. There was so much mayonnaise and onion on this burger it was disgusting to even look at. The lady offered me free fries I said I just want want to pay for but she still put fries in there that was nice of her. When I got to my car and put one in my mouth they were just not't good. I will never return to this McDonald's and I will take no one else to a McDonald's for some time especially this one. I know the health department has regulations when it comes to fast food in the things that these girls can wear I mean the guys don't even put their hair up the girls don't put their hair up they were these fake eyelashes that can fall off in anybody's food at any time the fingernails that could fall in anybody's food at any time not to mention how unsanitary they are. Worst customer service ever. Every time the kids ask to go here I cringe. This time it was mobile order. Super easy order. 1 mcdouble, 1 mchicken and an order of mcgriddle buns. Preordered thru the app. Said it would be a curbside pickup. Pulled up was notified they have recieved order. Wait times approx. 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, phone chimes showing my order is processed. Another 5 mins. Ok so I'm calling to ask if there is a problem. Was told by the "manager" he was sorry they had charged me because the order had been completed. Asked for a refund or to make fresh. Says they are making the order now and to give another sixty seconds(just enough time to "reheat" the food. He walked the order himself, simply said sorry, stuck the bag out. I grabbed back he walked back into store. So here we are with a review. Normally I don't write bad reviews however, this is one time too many. Corporate and store owner will be notified. Sad thing is next closest store is miles in the wrong direction. We typically spend 50 to 100 dollars a week on this store. Maybe they will miss it, maybe they won't. I'm sure the "Wendy's" down the street would love that money and besides their fresh never frozen. Thanks again for yet another sad tale of woe from this location. I went through the drive through about 40 minutes ago and once I got about a mile down the road I looked in my bag. My order was supposed to be 2 mcdbls-no onion or pickles, Crispy chicken, dbl chz-plain, spicy chicken, , two large Dr peppers and a large fry. We ended up with two McChickens, med fry, a Powerade and a coke. Then I went inside and was ignored for 15 minutes before finally getting the attention of one employee who cut me off and walked off to get me two McDoubles because that was the first thing I said and about 15 minutes later she comes back with him and I informed her that there was more of the order so then she proceeds to pretend to comprehend the rest of my order and then acts as though I no longer exist for about another 15 or 20 minutes. Luckily after actually growing a few gray hairs while waiting, and astute feminine Hispanic male inquired as to what my indirect order been and swiftly solve the problem without a negative or burdensome attitude. Had he been the one in charge of my order the entire time I could have saved an hour of my life and I was not the only drive-thru customer who had to come into the lobby to also fix their orders. Definitely won't be patronizing this restaurant...
