If you want to be mistreated by staff go to this location. The female manager that was working the morning shift (8:30) on October 8th needs to be fired. I ordered fries (apparently they donât serve fries in the morning, but I wouldnât know that bc I donât work there & donât eat out often). The person who took my order didnât say this and verbally confirmed my order back, so did the young man at the window where I paid. When I got to the food window I got a sprite not a fry. The manager rudely comes to the window and asked me âwhatâs the problemâ I was confused because idk what is the problem? lol I didnât order a sprite. She rudely says âwell we donât serve fries in the morningââŚ.(instead of offering a hash brown instead or a refund she continued to lecture me on the fact that they donât serve fries and was very combative) it was obvious she was on a power trip and wanting any opportunity to argue. I would have been perfectly fine if she offered a refund or a hash brown. But instead I was berated and demeaned and bullied. She then lied to my face by saying that she knows I ordered a sprite bc she took my order which was a lie bc a Hispanic lady took my order. She was more hung up on being right then just giving good customer service and kindness and apologizing and trying to come up with a solution. If you donât like people or feel the need to be combative and bully others, youâre probably not the best fit to work in public service. Lots of people need jobs right now, thereâs a million other people that are a better fit than this lady. I wonât support a business whose employees enjoy bullying...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. I went there at 12:15. There were 2 people at the automatic ordering kiosks and 2 in line in front of me. I should have known to leave when I looked up at the number of orders in progress and being served, but thought most of that was Drive thru as they were lined up over 1/2 way around the building. I also noted that they had 2 registers for customers at the front counter, but only one person working one, and he was also coming out front to fill Iced Tea orders for the drive thru as well.
I ordered, and was given a number and told it would be brought to my table. About 15 minutes later, the gentleman who took my order came out calling my number. When he rattled off what it was, he missed a McDouble and I mentioned that. At the announcement that the order was short a item the man disappeared with the food. I incorrectly thought he would simply grab another McDouble and return. I waited for several minutes and he never came back. Finally I went up to the counter to inquire. To my dismay, my order was not on the counter or on the screen as the one being prepared or served. At 12:58, I finally got up to the line to speak to someone again about my missing order. This young man was confused, but promptly filled my entire order. So, the 1 star is for the only employee there that actually did...
Read moreI've been visiting this location for 20 years now, since I was 16 years old. It's has changed managers way too many times to count. The most recent manager Im aware of is better than most. The drive-thru staff forgot part of my order, and the manager did everything she could to try to make the situation better. I rejected her offers but really appreciated the attempt. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff was totally apathetic to the mistake they'd made. The workers' attitudes are very hit and miss. Some enjoy their jobs (or at least pretend to enjoy it), while others have very poor attitudes, making the entire experience undesirable. Living right down the street from here, we will probably continue to visit this location but would go to any other location if it was...
