Morgan Donuts — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I have been going to this donut shop for two years now every Friday with my kids before school I have had no problems except for this morning I ordered a croissant without cheese she gave it to me I opened it up it had cheese in it no big deal I wasn't mad at all so I brought it up to her she took it back to another lady with dark black hair that lady came up to me and said we heard you say no egg and she hands it back to me no apology and no trying to make it right she literally handed back to me so I bite my tongue we finish up and I leave she says no goodbyes and no apology again this has been a business there for a while now I understand I am only one customer out of millions that they have every day but you should never treat a customer like that you have no idea what kind of contacts they have and you have no idea who they are I really hope that wasn't the Owner because that is very very sad if it is not the owner they need to have a talk with this little girl that has an attitude towards customers and doesn't fix anything that needs to be fixed if a customer comes up to you and has a complaint you need to make sure you fix it because they could always leave a bad review and a bad word of mouth hopefully she fixes her attitude she is a representation of the small business and with an attitude like that She could hurt the business very badly. I'm going to take my business elsewhere the way I felt today I did not feel welcomed I didn't feel any sort of warm feeling coming from that donut shop I hope they fix it because they're going to lose a lot...

The customer service was very bad. I went through the drive through and the lady that helped us was visibly upset. She was not respectful to my wife and I as I was ordering for the both of us. I had ordered some coffee. I had assumed she would put creamer, sugar, etc., in a separate bag for the coffee as she gave us our food as I have experienced at various other places and restaurants. I noticed that she didn't have it prepared for me so I asked. As she was handing me the sugar and creamer she said, very sassy like, "Just for future reference, ask for this when you order the coffee, okay?" So I smiled and said okay but I don't think I could hide my surprise and shock at such bad customer service. It was very off-putting and left us curious as to why someone would talk to customers like that. There was no "Good Morning." There was no "Hello." There was no smile. It was just an unpleasant moment of exchanging words with another person. She told me that for future reference. I can assure this company that we have no future with them. Gross donuts!!!!!!! Tried this place for the first time this morning and was disappointed at arrival. Wanted to go to 711 instead but since my daughter wanted to try it, we stayed. Tiny shop with minimal selection of donuts. Ordered 7 donuts and they tasted bad, almost raw flavored, frosting/glaze was flavorless except for the "gourmet" donut, others smelled like spoiled milk and vomit.
