Old School Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I have made a genuine effort to provide this establishment with an opportunity to redeem themselves, given my affinity for their bagels and sandwiches. However, the Old School bagel that I have purchased from other locations has consistently been exceptional. Unfortunately, the Moore location falls short. The sandwiches are subpar, appearing to be hastily assembled without attention to detail. For instance, I ordered a toasted Lox and Cream cheese, which was poorly prepared. The salmon was not properly cured, and excessive capers were added, amplifying the saltiness. The tomato and red onion were thinly sliced and lacked freshness. The bagel was inadequately toasted, and the sandwich was overpowered by cream cheese. The overall experience was disappointing, with the sandwich being overly salty and served on a soggy, cold bagel. To rectify this situation, I suggest the following: Address the customer service skills of the employees, particularly the young lady working the drive-through, who consistently displays rudeness. I hate leaving bad reviews but I am so incredibly fed up with this place😭 The past 2 times I’ve gone by bagel has been wrong, yesterday I called and talked to a manager about getting my bagel remade/refunded so then I went today to get it and my usual coffee. Knowing something was off I checked my bagel before I pulled away and it was still missing ingredients so I gave it back to them. A separate worker from the window person wordlessly handed me the fixed bagel. I get to work and take a sip of my coffee and now the coffee is WRONG!!😭 I always get the same coffee, a mocha, it always taste the same, and today I can tell there isn’t any mocha in it at all, it’s not even brown like a mocha. I’m just so so frustrated I really WANT to like this place, it’s so close by to me and is really good when done correctly but every time I go now it’s gotta be something off. The workers here also seem like they want to die like they are sooo rude, so rude. Pretty sure they’re all high schoolers which is fine but the attitudes and customer service skills are just so bad. I either get mean interactions or wrong food, and when you pay $20 for a coffee and bagel you want it...

I used to go here every other day until it started taking 20 minutes for them to make my one bagel. One morning I went and sat behind a guy for about 10 minutes and then when it was time for me to get my order i paid and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for A SINGLE BAGEL. When the girl finally opened the door after i'd been looking at them for awhile, there was a shocked look on her face which told me she forgot about me. She then handed me a bagel I asked for TOASTED, COLD. i asked if she could toast it but she said her toaster was out, another shocker! If they had told me that I would've just left but whatever so I drive off with my bagel and before I make it out of the parking lot I wanted to check to see if it was even right because the whole situation was just weird and it wasn't lmao. I ordered a chorizo bagel and got a cold turkey and cheese or whatever the hell it was. I just parked out front, went back in and told them to keep their damn bagel.
