I visited Reign Events Lounge for a brunch gathering! It was marvelous! When I first walked into the lounge, I got a good warm and energetic vibe ! The aroma of brunch hits you right in the nose when you walk in. The games were playing on the big screens. Everyone was visiting warmly. Having a good time! It was a wonderful Sight. I sat down at the bar, and was greeted immediately by (K)Carla. Took my order and fixed my 3 cinnamon delicious pancakes, 2 eggs, potatoes with fresh onions and peppers, 3 slices of turkey bacon, and 3 turkey sausage patties to perfection. I sat there and ate it like i had just got off from working all day or something!! I couldn't put my fork down! As i danced in my sest to the music playing in the background! The food was so good!!! Ill just say, that this is the perfect spot to slide off and enjoy a slice of peace, get together with friends for wings, and sports, or reserve the space for an upcoming event or party/reunion. If I could give zero stars I would. The employees were rude the food was cold. I ordered wings and they were still frozen in the inside. I chose to skip them and ordered a burger instead. I was treated terribly and talked down to. We paid, left and will never return. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, we were told they where not available, and we would need to call them the next day. This was definitely a great experience at Reign! When we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful smell of food. I asked the owner for a recommendation and she suggested the salad with chicken and steak…best dang salad I have had. Not only was the presentation beautiful, it was full of everything and balanced with all ingredients. My friend got a sides plate and she was very happy with her choice.
