I can truly understand the frustration with fast food but if you sign up to be employed at one you should treat the customers with the upmost respect as they do pay the establishment in order for the workers to get paid I see this time after time . Just rude . I arrived at this location. A little bit ago to do two separate orders and I'm going to take it how I received it and that I was bothering them by trying to place two orders for two different people in the vehicle. . All you could hear on the headset is the employees talking and making fun of me as I'm trying to place my order . I know of the blk lady Tiffany she is always kind. But it struck me to hear a manager that took my order not sure if he is the heavy set Caucasian male I usually see when I come to the establishment I told the Latino lady I was going report this.I guess all i did wrong was driving to this location and try to make an order. I truly recommend that someone talks to the workers about the unprofessionalism in work place customer comes first not the child's Play in a work place. Original: The Food is always good but you're gonna be waiting a hot minute before you are able to enjoy it. Lol! I get an hour for lunch and although my workplace is minutes from here it takes every bit of that hour to get my food and get back. The staff in my experience have all been kind and it's not like half of them are outside on a smoke break. Idk what it is, if they are just unorganized or understaffed but most days there's a pretty long wait even by Sonic's norms. I typically wouldn't gripe because I understand that they get a lunch rush but there have been a few times where the wait has just been too long not to say something. I'm hoping management sees this and makes some adjustments. Don't blame your staff cause most that I've interacted with are always moving as quickly...
Read moreWho ever is managing this Sonic must be their first time doing it or just doesn't care!!! He was very rude and acted like I was wasting his time. I asked him if he was the manager... He replied "yes I am " Then the corn dogs I got were flat with grill marks burnt into them. Never seen a flat corn dog before.... Then to boot they were so hard I couldn't bite into them!!! Gave them to my dogs... Wow how does this place stay open??? I will never go back!!! I would advise anyone wanting Sonic to go down a few blocks to 59th & S. Shields, that Sonic is 10 times better and you can actually eat your food you order and pay for!!! The people there are super nice!!! It is night and day difference!!! Amazing what a few blocks apart can be in food and service at the same food branch!!! I would be embarrassed to have a manager working for me like this one at 29th & S. Shields!!!
