It was like rush, rush rush. It is not the same as honey island in New York, imI asked the gentleman there that seemed to be the owner/manager. I was so disappointed with the food it did not taste good. I had one hotdog and a small spaghetti with chili, cheese and onions. I hate it because I spent money but it did not taste good. Not sure why others rated this place so high. They do not take credit cards. I asked why the gentleman says it is to keep cost down.
I ordered a ice tea and they only had one non sweetened sugar, I asked for more and he brought them to the table he basically stretched his hand ti leave on the table to go back to the register to take orders. The gentleman plus two other ladies at the counter but no one educated to the folks that were eating in the restaurant. They were more concerned about taking orders and collecting cash. People were ordering 5 and more hotdogs still cannot figure out why because my hotdog that I make at home taste better and the chili was blah! The only thing that was good was the...
Read morei lived in ohio for a year so i know how legitimately bad this place is. first off if you are of asian descent you will get some weird looks here. now onto the food. spaghetti is overcooked and too mushy. the quality of the spaghetti is on par with elementary school cafetaria spaghetti it is not definitely not cooked al dente. try skyline chili in ohio their spaghetti is cooked right. next off the chili itself. its bland with no flavor that makes everything bad here. the lady making coney dogs was nice but the guy who clearly has napoleon complex was borderline yelling at me for no reason while i was ordering so i intentionally gave him a whole lot of unnecessary instructions to mess with him. the service was bad and the chili is just some unknown mush. food is bad here the place isnt...

Some of the best Coney Islands were in the following cities: Houston, Texas; Pampa Texas; Muskogee, Oklahoma; & Sioux City, Iowa.
When you see steam on the windows, you know it is going to be a great place. This wonderful restaurant will be added to my "must have" restaurants across this country.
I might add, "Chet's & this restaurants have "Reds."
Sweet Jesus, this place is off the hook." Hell, I would drive to OKC and Muskogee just to get this monkey off of my...
