All staff was either extremely standoffish or rude.
The man that took my drivethru order sounded like he couldn't care less about his job. Unenthusiastic at all times. Sounding distracted by what seemed to be some sort of conversation inside. Seeming bothered just by me coming through the drivethru.
The woman that took my payment opened the drivethru window, told me my total, took my card and shut the window to continue a conversation with a coworker. She ran my card and then walked away from the window to continue said conversation. When she came back to give me my card, she didn't even look at me. Just stuck her hand out to me to hand my card and receipt to me, never even turning her head in my direction.
The man that handed me my food, I assume is the same man that took my order. I can't be sure though, as he also said not a single word to me when handing me something through the window; just offered me the bag. I hesitated a moment to see if he would say anything. He didn't. Just looked at me with no emotion on his face at all.
After quickly double checking to make sure that I had the proper amount of items, I said "Thank You" and drove off.
I rounded the building and opened up my chicken flatbread melt. It was just warm, there was no sort of toasting to the outer shell at all. Fine. Not a huge deal. I started to eat it because I was hungry and hadn't eaten since breakfast and the time was now 2:30pm. I get a few bites into the melt and feel a hard piece of something. I take it out of my mouth to find that it was an edge of one of the pieces of chicken. Looked through the rest of the melt, and found that several other pieces of chicken had very hard, crusty edges.
I have 18 years experience in the food service industry and I would never return here. The only thing worse than the food is the service.
I would speak to a manager but they'd just give me free food and I'll be lucky if I don't get food poisoning from what I've already eaten...
Read moreWhen we pulled up in the parking lot it looked like they were closed. An employee was already outside in her car an another one was coming out to her car. So I asked if they were closed an her words were Hell yes we are just really slow tonight. We ordered our food an they got the whole order wrong. My Granddaughter ordered 3 Doritos tacos an received 1. I ordered 1 bean burrito an 1 burrito Supreme. But we recieved 3 bean burritos that had very very little inside of them, they were mainly sauce. An 4 crispy tacos an received 2. We live a ways away from there. We are on like sw 14th an may an Its on sw 59th an penn. So when we got home an seen the big mess. It just wasn't worth going way back over there to complain. But we will never eat there again. The employee's that were on the inside were to busy talking an playing around to pay attention to what was really ordered. Even after it was repeated back to us. So if you order take home, be sure to check your order...
Read moreFood was mid, but what else do you expect from Taco Bell. The best part was the service. Apparently you canât order coffee at night because people only drink that in the morning. Also, they werenât selling about 3/4 of their menu with several hours until closing. Also got an answer on several items that they werenât selling them âyetâ. Do they only sell them after midnight??? The guy at the window rung up our order wrong, and after he finally got it right, had a four item item order and it took him five minutes of repeating himself; we got to the window to find out their freeze machine was broken. They did give us a large drink as a replacement tho. Literally would have been a 1 star review, but I was laughing so hard he deserved at 5. Good job Taco Bell worker for fitting the stereotype of being bad. I really needed the laugh because my girlfriend broke up with me...
