Tacoville — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I will never return after the treatment my husband and I just received. We brought our family from Louisiana to try one of our childhood foods here at taco ville we was going to dine in but it was full so we decided to get it to go. There was o ly one table available so we stood by the trash can and moved so a person could get their order than stood by the fountain and had to move again so I asked our two family members to please wait in the car I was considering ordering another combination burrito as we waited for our order standing by the ATM then had to move back by the trash can due to a customer needing to use the ATM . When lady named Kelly asked us to move from the trash spot so people could get to the trash no body was looking or we would had moved. I just left the Dr I have some injuries and I'm sore to be moving around the store like that I wasn't hurting anyone. I told her all the tables are folled and I hd already moved 3 or 4 times so I moved and leaned my self on the counter to get out of the way of the trash and have something to brase myself when she told me I could t stand there or put my arm on the table. My husband then walked back over to me because she kept arguing I told my foods right there they had one burrito toake and I was walking out the door. She raised her voice at me madee feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable just being there and the way she talked to my husband Jr has been going there since he was a little boy I know none of our family will return nor will our friends we are not rude or inconsiderate people we are nice and pretty easy going. OMG, it's SO much freaking delicious! I guarantee, you've never tasted anything like their beef seasoning. Eat it once and it'll be eternally seared into your tastebuds - and not from the heat. It's not hot, but they can make it that way if you like. You'll never be ambushed by meal ruining heat there. Their hot sauce is out of this world! I put mild on everything and it's also available to buy for your own kitchen. Your kids will love it and will beg you to take them back again and again. There's something fun to look at in every corner, from floor to ceiling. And They LOVE kids there. I started taking mine just about from birth and they have never forgotten us. They still ask about both my kids every time I go in. They watched them grow up. Even the employees that never met talk about them like family. It's like, authentic personalized customer service is as much a part of their training as food prep. It's SO affordable and the portions are enormous. Also, if you're in the market for beer or cigarettes, they have the best prices in town. I recommend the Sancho, the "Nacho" - which is a flat fried corn tortilla round dripping with cheese and mild sauce. The Supreme adds beef. Vegetables and sour cream can be added. They also have regular Nachos, Taco Burgers, fresh made guacamole on Wednesdays and Fridays. Get a combination burrito and you'll be using both hands. Literally. Crispy and soft tacos. Chicken tacos, enchiladas, sopapillas, so much more. OMG, I could go on and on. Lunch rush is almost standing room only so go early for a seat. Tacoville started in the Hollywood Shopping Center in Norman Ok. When I was a boy, my parents took me there. The moved to the present location a few years later. When my parents took us to the State Fair, we would usually stop at Tacoville for a chalupa, taco, or burrito. During college, I would frequently take my girlfriend and her two sisters to Tacoville. For over 40 years, my girlfriend (now my wife) and her sisters enjoy going to Tacoville. When the youngest sister visits from Dallas, a trip to Tacoville completes the visit. She buys bottles of their hot sauce to flavor many things.

Tacoville is simply good Tex-Mex food. Their meat is delicious and uniquely flavored. Their bean are great and twice a week they have homemade guacamole.

I've seen suits and blue collars sitting at adjacent tables. Children, teens, adult, and grandparents enjoying the food. It truly appeals to all walks and ages. Freaks, geeks, frats, tats, and thats all get along and enjoy the service and food. I bring friends there and introduce them to the UNIQUE taco shop in SW OKC - Tacoville. I highly recommend it. Go hungry! You won't be disappointed.
