Once again this location disappoints me!!! We have had bad customer service at this location every single time we come in this place. Today not being the exception we walk in we weren’t greeted, one person ahead of us was waiting, no vehicles in the drive thru I though it would go fairly good, The person already at the counter looked like he had been waiting for a while until someone served him. A girl named Victoria R came to ask what he needed them proceeded to walk away as I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order, she walked back to the register took my order gave me the cups for the fountain drink then proceeded to walk to the back. 12 minutes after my order was place I went to the counter to see how much longer it would be to get my food, but no one was around to help me. About 4 minutes later a lady I think was the manager walked across with 2 drawers full of money as if she was going to the back to count it, she never acknowledged I was standing there and proceeded to walk to the back. A few minutes later a lady that was clocking out nicely asked what I needed, I told her I wanted to know who much longer it would be for my food she turned to the open space they get the warm food from and Victoria and another lady were talking next to the fries , a few minutes went by and nothing finally the lady that had clocked out told another lady and she continued to look for my order , which Victoria hadn’t properly bagged and had missing fries and Onion rings, they bagged the food but it was still missing the onion rings, they te aged by food but when it was placed in the bag both ladies at the front counter had walked away leaving Victoria to only say in a very low voice “take out” I stared at the bag wanting to walk around the counter and grab it myself, both ladies came back from asking a round to the lobby and one of them looked in the bags to see everything was there. She offered ketchup I was soon on my way, as I get home my order once again was incorrect, I ordered a #5 and I got a lossy cold Jalapeño cheese burger, the fries were so salty my lips hurt. My husband informed me I’m not allowed to go back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! And I don’t blame him it was my fault for thinking after so long this place would of worked on customer service skills , if I could give them negative stars I would, unfortunately I have to give them a rating of 1 star to place my review. Read moreWhen people that work there do delivery, can you please tell them to make sure everything that we ordered is in the bag and can they sell the bag shut please because I know that when Uber picks it up every time I order from Whataburger y’all forget at least two or three items every time and then I don’t wanna think it’s the driver all the time and then I have to take away It only hurts them also because I have to take away their tip when I give them a good tip I have to make it shorter because the items that they want to refund you for that they rip you off Uber. They forgot to put the onion rings in there last night, two large ones and a large fry with the meal and then every other time They’re always forgetting something so that’s why I have this review of. I’m just saying it’s hurting the Uber drivers also where we think they might’ve ate our food, we don’t know but then how come every time they deliver anywhere else I get everything I receive everything fine but it’s always this place. It’s always missing something always every time I order from y’all and it’s not that often but when I do you always forget everything I spent $50 what delivery and food and everything just please pay attention and what’s what we order please put it and make sure it’s in the bag and still it tight...
Read moreWent here the other day and I could not even get my order close to being correct and I did not know about it till I got home. I went back up there to see what they would do about it and they didn't want to do anything. Their attitude was it is not up to them to get my order correct. And I was in the wrong for expecting them to make it right. The manager failed to do anything. The black girl at the drive-through and the black girl back there making the stuff both resorted to cussing me out for wanting my stuff corrected and for being upset with them not getting it right and having such a poor attitude about everything and when I got upset about the manager failing to do anything I let them all know I was going to let the regional manager know and they would all lose their jobs and their response was so what I can get another one anytime it's just a burger and fry job. This is the attitude of the employees at this restaurant they are not there to do anything other than to be on premises the hours they are required to do so they do not feel like customer service is anything that they need to worry about. I was even told that the customer is not right. And what's really bad is this isn't the first time they couldn't get my order right they get my order wrong more times than they've ever...
