Legends Sports Bar — Restaurant in Oklahoma

Was staying at Downstream to celebrate my 40th Birthday with a group of girl friends (the Casino it’s self is GREAT as well as the Hotel and Spa) but we could not have received worse service than what we received at Ledgends Sports Bar and Grill on Sunday. I ordered the Ribeye Med-Rare and the first steak I received came ot very well done. It took over 20 mins for a second steak to arrive and it was more Med-well and since my entire party had already finished eating I elected not to try for a third try. Not one time did our server apologize for the food not being correct and the manager was actually quite rude and offered no apology when she brought back my adjusted check to the table informing me that she had spoken to her kitchen staff and indeed they told her that the steak was Med-Rare. I wish I had asked her to return it to the table so that we could discuss it further but I was just so taken back as to the fact that they were not apologetic about it all and in fact quite rude. Downstream really needs to fix this problem as it is a reflection of their property and guests have to be able to enjoy a good meal and drinks...

May 21st 2021 we have waited for about 2 hours but the sad thing was when they came up to get our table we asked for a specific waitress and the guy said no problem set us down and a different waitress came to service across the room is an empty table where our waitresses table is at. I gave it a few months before we come in because of the covid. I need to hire attentive people it will be quite a while when we come back. They need more attentive people to do their job. This is why we go to the Riverbend casino in Wyandotte they got a bourbon ribeye steak 1299 there's a specific waiter we call make reservations and we get that person when we go down there funny thing is that person used to work here. We ordered the works Pizza, could not believe how skimpy the ingredients were compared to before...

6/2/23 edit. Ordered 3 chips and queso and got stale chips and these tiny containers of queso... Continually going downhill.

The food is always good and mostly the service is good. Amanda, the waitress, is absolutely amazing. She's attentive, sweet, and goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. If it wasn't for her, I'd give this place one star for service. Morgan, the other waitress, is so rude every time we come in which is weekly at least. She's waited on us and even took a break while serving us so we got cold food and no refills the entire time. Every time we go we try to avoid her but sometimes she brings out our food to help the other staff and just slams it on the table and gives attitude. Definitely not...
