Ugly's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Oklahoma

Ordered all you can eat catfish on a Sunday lunch. Food came out after 30 minute wait. Got onion strings instead of fries and slaw. Fries came 10 minutes later no slaw left. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes for a second piece of fish. They knocked 50% off our ticket. Manager never came out to apologize for terrible service. Went down to the ship store for ice cream. Sat at very cool 50's diner and waited for some teenager to come in and tell us she didn't do ice cream. Went and got the college student in charge of ice cream and she told us they had no ice cream. This place is a disorganized mess. But you can get a nice million...

Food was good, nice location, but the service is so slow it borders on ridiculous. I know good help is hard to find, and I'm glad they were open, but they clearly need somebody with some organizational and management skills to get involved in the restaurant and store. The gas dock help was good, & the soda fountain was good, but the restaurant itself needs help big time. 1hour and ten minutes from order to food arrival. And then the servers walk amongst the crowd and holler who ordered the burger, who ordered the chicken etc etc. Could be and should be much better. We will try Ugly's again, but they need to...

Horrible service. Four different waitresses walked by us multiple times. We finaly got a 10 year old waitress to take or drink order after we had been there 30 min. The little girl is trying but bad management. They werent that busy either. Finaly got different wItresd attention that literally just walked in for her shift and she started serving us immediately. After that it was just ok. Never coming back because we drove aways...
