Had another issue with this location again. Poor service all around including contacting the management at the store and even calling the 800 number for corporate. Corporate just ignored the complaint that I detailed out in a well written letter and pretty much just sided with the store as if nothing was wrong. They did not investigate any of my complaints and concerns. This location is so unclean on the inside and the workers constantly either don't use hair nets and gloves or if they do, they are not changing gloves when they touch other interior equipment and then touching your food, such as buns. I had the normal concerns such as incomplete order and food not as ordered, as well as how long it took, so that is what prompted me to get out of my car and walk to the windows to observe them live. That is when I was shocked and wish I was a health food inspector, because of what I saw. If an employee is filthy and carries themselves unprofessionally, what do you think they will do with your food order ?? I could write a small book on how many problems there are at t his location, but it is apparent that whom ever owns this location is not present and does not care. I would also like to know what other locations this owner also owns, because the same theory would apply to the other locations, but seriously you should boycott this location as our family is now doing the same. Read moreMiss Taylor is extremely unprofessional not only was she cutting me off before I was finished while ordering she took forever to bring my food with only two other customers there! Once she arrived to my car she proceeded to hand me my straws but then took them back gave me my drinks and bag of food! I opened my bag not only did she not give me the bbq sauce I had requested she didn’t provide my straws so I pushed the button and waited for her to help two other customers before answering the box when I said what I needed she cut the box off yet again while I was talking then when she came out side she helped get another customer before finally bringing me one straw when I needed two and my bbq sauce so when I said I needed two straws she was very rude and went back inside helped yet another customer before finally bringing my straw! I waited an additional ten minutes for two straws and bbq when there was no more then four customers during my visit! Read moreThis sonic has the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any store, restaurant, or anything else. Never have I pressed a button to order at sonic and had to wait 10 full minutes just to place an order (yes, I timed it after several bad experiences here). Every time we press the button to order, we see the employees chatting and laughing inside and they don’t answer to take the order. The food is cold half the time we order and the other half they don’t get our order correct.
Our most recent visit we were giving our order, got three drinks and were going to order more food, but the employee on the intercom never asked us if we were finished ordering after the three drinks, she just completely cut the intercom off with literally no words or communication. Our server then brought out our drinks and literally never said one word to us. Handed us our drinks and then just walked away. We did not end up ordering any food after that experience.
