Wow what a rude manager/owner at this subway! I uploaded his photo but not sure if heâs actually an owner because he doesnât act like one! He would not honor the promotion BOGO deal because he said he doesnât get paid from Subway so basically he is lazy! He spoke in a rude manner to me however he did not win because he missed out my additional purchase that would go toward his business and also I have told everyone in my community (over 100 households not to give business to this owner and his Subway which may increase when they tell others in Old Bridge). My recent visit to the Subway this branch left me extremely disappointed. The attitude of the owner/manager was rude and dismissive when we requested that gloves be changed while preparing a vegetarian sandwich. Shockingly, both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwiches were placed in the same oven simultaneously. The unhygienic conditions, including flies in the cookie box, were appalling. We have already contacted Subway, providing the receipt and a picture of the fly-infested cookie box, and we are currently awaiting their response. We hope Subway takes action to rectify...
