Update Review 5-9-2025 - All American Ford Sales Team - I was out to buy a new used car. I was dreading the whole process of buying a car, knowing from past experience how horrible this process could be. Yesterday, I finalized the purchase of a car from All American Ford. It was a very long journey deciding on what car to purchase. I considered over 100 cars from multiple dealerships. My needs led me to All American as they had the vehicle that was a good fit for me. This made me very happy as I have used their service department for years with great satisfaction. My Sales Professional, Stephan, an Irish Lad who often goes by Mate was in charge of this sale. Steven is a seasoned salesperson. I had a lot of questions about the vehicle, which he answered. We tested the car and worked on its final cost. They were willing to work with us to meet our needs and still make a profit. I put down a deposit and scheduled to pick up the car the next day. We arrived a bit late the next day. Steven already had everything in order... so professional. My OCD son had a long list of requests before we took the car. Steven carefully and quietly managed to satisfy all of his requests. I was seriously impressed. The finance team quickly processed my order. The car was presented cleaned and waxed with a full tank of gas. The best part of this sale was seeing how pleased Steven looked when he finally delivered the keys. He really enjoyed making us happy! Everything was perfect. He had gone the extra mile, and we knew it. It is not easy to purchase a car these days. Dealers need to make a profit and the buyers want the best deals. I felt we reached a very reasonable agreement. To my surprise, this purchase went without a hitch. It was actually enjoyable. Part of this is due to All American's staff, but a large part is due to Steven's personality and knowledge. You have no idea how much I appreciate dealing with Steven and the All American team.
Ford / Lincoln makes a really good product. All America Ford in Old Bridge is a great place to purchase one. Thanks, All American Ford! I love my new car.
Many years ago... The Service department is very professional. They provided a really nice car while my car was repair. Easy to get hold of for updates and did a good job on the fixes.
Recent Visit 7-20-2021 They went out of their way to fix an issue with molding on the car. They even replaces the SEL on the rear of my car. They are so easy to deal with and we travel from Brooklyn to get our car serviced there. Thanks so much... Everyone should own a Ford...
5-8-2025. I continue to use All American for Service. They have come all the way to Brooklyn NY where I live to do service updates. They continue to be really...
Read moreI bought my SUV to this dealership's service department because my engine light was on. The service department told me that I needed my computer replaced. They charged me $2,550.00 for a rebuilt computer & labor. They had my SUV for three weeks and told me that they received a bad computer and had to resend it back out to be fixed... Than another week went by and they called me and told me my SUV was fixed. I went to pick up my SUV and the engine light was still on. They kept my SUV longer and told me they had to send out the computer once again for another repair. Than they told me I had sensor issues or something with my fuel system was causing an issue and charged me an additional $1,150.00 for parts & labor to fix it. Than they called me a few days later to tell me my SUV was fixed and to come pick it up. Driving home, my SUV started making a taping sound. By the time I pulled into my driveway the noise was really loud and I called Ford. I was afraid to drive it back because of the loud sounds it was making. They sent a tow truck to pick it up and brought it back to their service department. Within a few days they called me with a 3rd new problem with my SUV... They claimed that my rare timing chain "just happened to break down" when I picked it up from their dealership. I brought this SUV new 14 years ago and ALWAYS maintained it... never missed an oil change and never drove it over 75 mph since I owned it... Their service department refused to help me and I feel strongly, that they took advantage of me! I was told the Service Department Manager's name was Doug McHenry. I left two voice messages for Doug McHenry and I received no return phone calls. I spoke with his assistant, Brooke Ancona and she just insisted it was not their issue and appeared to be very bothered by my phone call! They towed my car back to my house and left me with a non running vehicle. I spent $3,700.00 on my SUV to fix an engine light and got back a car with a serious mechanical issue after they had my SUV in their possession for eight weeks. I have been an owner of a Ford vehicle since I was able to drive and have owned and bought new 5 different Explorers in my lifetime... this dealership is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever done...

I never write reviews but this is an exception. As loyal Ford customer, my family and I have always driven nothing but Ford vehicles. When it came time to get a new car for my wife, I decided to visit this dealership. Big mistake. The experience was beyond horrible – unprofessional, childish, and outright disrespectful.
I walked in to inquire about a lease offer for the Ford Mach-E that I saw on their website. The offer was incredibly low, and I knew it was likely too good to be true. I told the salesman (I think his name was Eddie) this upfront and explained that I wanted realistic lease numbers since I wasn’t too familiar with the Mach-E. He confirmed what I expected, shared some quick numbers, and then mentioned a finance offer that sounded appealing.
As we were talking, I asked to see the vehicle, and Eddie directed me to one in the showroom. While I was checking it out, another salesman – whose name I don’t know – yelled across the room, “Get out.” At first, I didn’t even realize he was talking to me. Then he walked over, started blabbering something incoherent, and began ridiculing me about the lease offer I mentioned.
I calmly told him that the lease offer was from their website, and I never expected it to be real – I was just looking for realistic pricing. Instead of having a professional conversation, he doubled down with condescending remarks. Things got heated when I pointed out how unprofessional he was being. He brushed it off as “a joke.”
When I told him he’s not going to joke at my expense and I was leaving, his response? “Get out.”
I came into this dealership fully prepared to leave with a new car, either leased or financed. Instead, I left insulted, frustrated, and determined never to return. This dealership was disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright unpleasant.
There are plenty of other Ford dealerships in the area that are far more professional and organized. If you’re looking for a new ford and love in the area there’s a couple of other dealerships that are much better to work with.
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend...
