This location used to be the absolute best in the area until they made MAJOR staffing changes. The friendliest have left and all that remains now is unmotivated teenagers, unreceptive management, and angry older women. There are a very few of those who remain that make this place a comfortable place to shop. If the attitude of the store doesn’t chase you away, the fact that they’ve had 4-5 covid outbreaks since JUNE rightly should. They also lie to their customers about the outbreaks that have occurred. I came in on Friday Oct 2nd for lunch to find the store closed with a note on the door stating the closure was due to “staffing issues”, however the 2 men getting into hazmat suits at the door told a very different story. I called today, Sunday Oct 4th, to see when the store may reopen to find it already has, and was told the deli is closed because of a “missed delivery”. This is obviously not true and the lack of safety and hygiene concern at this location is absolutely atrocious. The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is the convenience and friendliness of the gas attendants. This store was once a staple in my own and many others daily routines.    Read moreI grab wawa often, but I’ve had two experiences at this place and both were less than desirable. The first time I went in and places an order. As I went to pay, they called my number and some other customer was right there and they handed it to them. Once I pointed it out, they made another other but made it poorly and in a rush (wasn’t that busy), and forgot to add the extra sauces I had paid for. The second time was with them and online delivery app. They only put two of the cheapest items I paid for in the bag and glued it closed and forgot the most important (obviously the driver didn’t check either). No, that wasn't the fact at all and I even informed her. She insisted on refusing sale TO HIM b.c I didn't have i.d on me. She made me run to my car to get an i.d which I didn't have b.c we were in the middle of moving and I left all my stuff at home. I gave her an expired i.d that i keep for identification when things like this happen. She refused that i.d as well as the line kept growing. She argued with us repeatedly.
