Wow. Wow. Wow. I go to a DD every day (not this one; I'm visiting from out of state) but I've never seen anything like this before. I ordered on-the-go and picked up inside. My order wasn't ready yet, that's fine, it was busy. I see another customer drinking a coffee also waiting for the rest of her order but when they bring out another coffee she says: "Oh wait, that's my order, this one you gave me isn't mine." My sandwiches come out but still waiting on my coffee; I ask if the coffee is almost ready and the employee says "it's right here" and reaches behind the counter and hands me the same coffee the other customer was just drinking out of! Didn't even bother changing the chapstick stained lid... I promptly informed the manager what took place who spoke to the employee (couldn't hear what was said) and was then given a new coffee. No explanation. No apology. No free coffee. Nothing. The attitude towards it from the manager was like: 'Don't get caught next time.'
I'll go to the DD on route 1 next time I'm up visiting. I hope this was an isolated incident corrected by better training (I know this is a new DD); If someone from corporate or the owner would like to reply to this review, I'll consider...

There was one woman who was kind and tried to help fix the order, meanwhile the supervisor yelled at her to go do something else so he could take care of us. He preceded to yell at us and tell us we couldnāt have what we ordered, that we would have to pay more. I showed him our receipt and showe that we had already paid for more than they were giving us. He snapped and said if I fill these with almond milk will that make you happy? He then preceded to spill the drinks everywhere and swear and continue to be rude. I have never felt so accosted at a Dunkinā Donuts in my life. I ended up leaving with what I did not order and overpaid for what I got.
I feel sorry for the woman working who tried to be nice and I am concerned for the employees that work under that supervisor and the lack of training and customer service care that obviously...

We walked in and waited 10 minutes before asking if we were at the right area to place and order as no one had acknowledged us. I understand they were busy and the drive thru was busy, but acknowledgment of customers is key to a retail environment. Someone then yelled at someone else to get on the counter, which turned into a little argument amongst themselves. I specifically asked if they had the cold brew that I wanted and was told yes. We placed our orders to then be told the cold brew was unavailable, so I settled for an iced coffee. The coffee was more cream than coffee which we returned and asked they add coffee. Definitely will not be coming to this Dunkin Donuts again. The experience was unacceptable. They had plenty of staff, of whom at least 6 walked past us without acknowledgment as the line behind us got longer. Very unprofessional and huge lack of attention to...
