Main Street Grill — Restaurant in Old Town

Kostas was a pleasant surprise. My wife and I took our son out for lunch as he really doesn't like his college dining options. Our food was cooked perfectly. My son really enjoyed his gyro. He said the lamb was tender and cooked perfectly. My wife was highly complimentary of her BLT, that it actually had a good amount of crispy bacon and was the star of the sandwich. I am new to the Old Town/Orono area and have been searching for a place with a welcoming atmosphere and an at home type of vibe - I think I found it. Although they were obviously busy, and seemingly understaffed, the bar manager Daniel was attentive and welcoming and always made sure myself and all the other patrons were well taken care of. We walked in at 7:05 and had to seat ourselves, nobody offered a greeting at all. Several minutes later a waitress came over and took our drink orders. Then 20 minutes later took our food orders. We then sat for over an hour and nobody checked our table. We had to go up to the bar and ask for more drinks meanwhile our server was busy taking to the other staff.
