Absolutely amazing flavor, prepared perfectly. We tried the tacos (beef and mushroom), the farro bowl, the roasted root salad, and the stuffed fry bread. Three of us tried them all and LOVED them all. The tacos were the favorite across the board but the nettle pesto in the fry bread!; the pickled fiddlehead in the bowl!; and the texture of the pulled mushrooms was brilliant. Will be back!
