Here’s why they are a 5 star restaurant. They are always consistent and pretty timely. But when they were busy tonight and it was a little hectic. They wait was longer than normal and they forgot my wings. I called back and asked if they had them. First they offered to have someone come drop them off which was super generous. I said no I live 2 mins away I’ll come get them. Then when I got there the owner brought the wings out and apologized for the wait and forgetting the wings and offered me my money back including the wings! With Covid crippling the restaurant industry this is the time to put our arms around local restaurants and not burry them with senseless 1 star reviews. Nia's once was our go to place. But I am done with them. The last few years the foods been really hit or miss. Several times we didn't get what we ordered and paid for. Tonight it happened for the last time. We ordered a large Nais special pizza and yet again we got a plain white pizza that's so dry you need to wash it down with a drink. The first several times we had issues, I tried to be understanding knowing that mistakes are made here and there. But I am tired of paying for the special and getting the cheaper white pizza. Really great pizza! They have by far the best pizza in Oley and are the cleanest of the three local pizza joints in town. The lunch specials are amazing with 2 slices of cheese pizza and a refillable soda for around $4.50 or 2 slices of specialty pizza and a refillable soda for around $6.25! Pretty tough to beat! They have very good cheesesteaks too and if you want a kick they will make any cheesesteak super hot for you if you ask!
