My family and I went here for breakfast this morning and a young man did come and get our drinks for us. We sat and waited for a waitress to take our order. After 20 minutes no one came. I asked someone to find our waitress to take our order. Another 5 minutes went by and asked the young man to find our waitress. Our waitress walked by us and said she would be with us. She walk by and into the other dining area and came back out and started working the register instead of taking our order. My son got up and left and we soon after followed him. I’m sorry but we should not have had to wait to have our order taken after a half hour sitting there. Her excuse was she was sorry but they were busy. I’ve been there several times when they were busier than that. We left and headed to Savilles diner in Boyertown and our waitress came to our table within 3 minutes and we got our drinks and after she took our order breakfast came out within 15 minutes. Our waitress came back several times to check on us and it was a very pleasant experience. Savilles was as busy or possibly more busier than Pleasentville was. Not sure if we will be back after...
Read moreThis place was an awesome spot to stop for breakfast. I was in town for the Triumph National Rally at the Oley fairgrounds and a friend and me decided to come here on a recommendation for breakfast. It did not disappoint. I tried to tackle the 2 super pancakes breakfast, despite the waitresses warning and they were right as I could only finish 1 of the pancakes as they are huge and thick. The food was awesome and the prices were even better as we both ate a very filling breakfast for under $30 for the two of us.
This would have been a 5 star review if not for the fact that this place is cash only. Thankfully, because I was in town for a swap meet event I had cash on me but normally I do not carry much of any cash. I get it, with all the rising costs of processing fees and everything else but as a business owner myself, that is your cost of doing business. By you saying we don't accept cards but here's an ATM, you are saying we want your money but we want to pass the fee or our cost of doing business onto you the customer when those are fees the business...
Read moreWaited a moment to be sat. First set of silverware brought over was dirty. The girl put them down and goes, oh these are dirty, and then forgets to bring new ones. Waitress arrives and doesn't even introduce herself. Orange juice was sour. Asked for water instead. Waited over 20 minutes for the water. Food took 40 minutes for eggs. Hashbrowns were undercooked and soggy with no seasoning. Toast tasted stale. The seats are also slippery and our child kept sliding off the booth seat almost hitting her face on the table edge. Then when paying our $15.90 bill with $16 dollars, the girl pulled a calculator out to be able to give the .10 cent change back. Very disappointed in the overall service and food. We used to love this place before the pandemic. Too much has changed and we will...
