With the economy such as it is, it seems the only pleasure still available is eating at our favorite restaurants. Today's visit was anything but pleasurable. When a couple spends $35, on 2 medium pizza, I don't think it's to much to ask for the company or persons representing the company be at least a little courteous. The young lady who identified herself as a manager, was on her cell phone throughout the visit, except for the brief moment she declined a request which had been fulfilled numerous times before. The order taker was a reflection of the manager. The cook disregarded the specifics of the order, making it incorrectly. Upon exiting, I voiced my disappointment to the order taker and front manager. I told her she must have gotten her position through attrition, everyone else left and she was the only choice left. She asked what I hoped to gain by saying that to her. I told her, I'm hoping by saying that that something click's in her head, that when she is up front dealing with people, it's all about customer service. What I should have said is, this business chose her to represent them and act in their best interest to grow the business and build a return clientele. The bright side to the visit, was, I met a very talented, capable general manager, who would be an asset to any company or corporation. I expressed my disappointment with the service while at the store and again when I called from home after realizing the mistake to the pizza. It is unfair to this Marco's to get this negative review, when there have been dozens of visits that would easily be rated a 5 star. Read moreEach time we have had delivery our order had been screwed up. One occasion they forgot part of the order. Another occasion they brought the wrong pizza. Tonight was the absolute worst service and food ever! My delivery time was 35 minutes, ok. An hour after we placed our order we still had not received it. I called the store, twice spoke to the manager who only wanted to make excuses. All I wanted to know is has my order left the store. Supposedly it had left 10 minutes before I called. After 90 minutes and the first phone call and still no food, (which the second call was 20 minutes after my initial call with the manager which would have then made it 30 minutes after my order left the store and we only live 7 minutes from the store) I called the manager back and told him to refund my card since I still have not received our order. He took my information to process a refund. Two minutes after hanging up with the manager the delivery driver shows up. Not only did it take over 90 minutes from the time we ordered, but they delivered a pizza we did not order and did not deliver two of the items we ordered. Instead of delivering our wings and cheesy bread, we were given what looked like a meat lovers pizza. Seriously can someone explain to me how do you confuse either cheesy bread or wings with a meat lovers pizza? Completely disappointed and disgusted with the ignorance and incompetence with the simplest tasks like a simple pizza delivery. Read moreOne day I went in to pick up my order and as soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately cussed out by an employee . She was very rude and crude considering that I was a complete stranger and I had done absolutely nothing to her. After a good five minutes of being demeaned by her, I finally got a chance to go up to the counter and ask to pick up my food. One would think that my order was pretty simple (medium all meat pizza w a side of banana peppers, and would therefore take no more than 15 minutes to prepare. Well, unfortunately wasn't this case. After providing an employee with my name and order, I was still forced to wait an entire 36 minutes. And when my food was done at last. Tell me why I open my pizza to find a disgustingly yellow colored pizza, grey moldy meatballs, burnt pepperonis, chunky green cheese, slimy ham, smelly sausage, and top it all off, I wasn't even provided with extra side of banana peppers I asked for. Believe me when I say this was 100% the worst fast food experience I had ever experienced. Even a Saturday in McDonald's drive-thru could top this.
