These Wings — Restaurant in Olive Branch

This is the 2nd time in a row they have shorted my order. I get a 20 pc mild and I've got 13 today!!! Last time I got a 20 pc it only had 17. On the bright side they finally got a young man who actually KNOWS HOW TO TALK to the public. The ownerand/ or son are ALWAYS rude when I call AND when I pick up. THE ONLY reason I'm using themnow is bc the MUCH BETTER WING PLACE (Rayfords) by my house is closed for renovations.. I will NEVER order from here again... Short me once shame on you ... Short me twice .. forget you I won't do business with you and I will ensure I do my ABSOLUTE best to take away as much business from you as I can. Inflation already has things unaffordable as is without a business BLATANTLY stealing from you .. yes I said stealing... If I was missing 1 or 2 I'll chalk it up to someone just didn't pay attention... BUT missing 7!!!! You're stealing at this point and no way can you justify that .. hope that $30+ was worth it.....

• In regards to the reply* It is " To Err* is human...geez can't even get that correct. 2. The simple fix would be to have competent employees who can at the very least count to 10. If it is a 20pc just do it twice!!! I've already had an issue with calling back stating I was short and was made to feel like I was lying over 2 wings... Which is why I hadn't called back. Again.. nice try. But as a GM of a restaurant with over 15+ years I know the routine .. try and save face another way...

I've spent a lot of money here over the years. It is my husband's favorite place for wings. We drive all the way from Cordova sometimes. Never again. The customer service has never been something to brag on. It is family owned. The woman is friendly, but it's usually the man or son. Tonight, I called ahead to purchase wings. When I walked up the son was cleaning the glass door. Now, I'm sorry I interrupted your little job. It wasn't intentional, but you could've at least opened the door for me when you saw I had my hands full carrying a heavy car seat with a sleeping baby instead of looking directly at me then angrily turning around, snatching the spray bottle of the table and storming back to the counter just to wait for me to come in. No welcome whatsoever and just rude the whole time. He also put the box in the bag crooked spilling sauce everywhere. Bad customer service will eventually be the end to this place. I wouldn't have really cared about the spilled sauce if the overall...

JUST CLOSE THE DOORS ALREADY!! This is the most pitiful BLACK OWNED RESTAURANT!! Why do I say pitiful? Its pituful when you act as if your customers get on your nerves by even gracing your business with thier presence to make a PURCHASE!! The agitations and heavy breathing they give off as if your very presence is stressing them out is sickening!! So very sad!! This is why our black owned businesses get bad reps. But what makes this one so bad is the attitude comes from the owners(The Father & Son)I've tried to support them for many years but after today they can forget about my so stressful to them because i placed an order dollar. U never know who's patronizing your business or what following or influence they have. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire. As I mention this experience to people they all respond "they are always rude. I don't eat...
