La Esquinita Taco Truck — Restaurant in Olympia

I've gotten food poisoning since having their beef burrito a couple of days ago. My husband has gotten severe food poisoning from their food last year also (which we had immediately reported to the owner). It's been difficult especially as a nursing mother with how sick I've been since.

Rude staffer, wouldn't say hello, make eye-contact, or care to even acknowledge my existence as the customer. I had to just tell him what I was ordering without him even greeting me. He didn't provide a receipt at first, I had to go back and ask for it, and he tried to guess as to which receipt was mine and gave me a ripped copy. He treated my husband with same lack of dignity in the past also.

Food is also over-priced, especially for something that gives you food-poisoning time and time again. Really poor manners from the staff, and they still expect a tip. (??)

You're better off going to Taco Bell any day over this place. They can't seem to ever get it right, and the staff behave like they...

Update! Weekend cook mediocre…Taco trucks one of the better ones as far as taco trucks go. We’re gonna eat there tonight if I can find out when they close. Not answering the phone. Well we finally got ahold of them and picked up our food around 5:30 and it was not very good. The weekend cook is not nearly as good as the cook during the week. During the week I can recommend. Weekend cook is awful so you can pass. Quesadilla with little to no cheese and dried out tough chicken. Last time I ever order a chicken quesadilla from them we ordered two of them and four tacos for about 50 bucks hardly any dried chicken and hardly any cheese. The cook definitely does not know how to make a quesadilla or he is too cheap. I wish I wouldn’t have given him a tip, but I always leave a tip thinking I’m gonna get consistent decent food. Went there today. Guy at the counter was mad rude & rolled his eyes because I asked for sour cream on my taco....like bro if you want people, to ONLY, have it your way, don't offer sour cream as extra. Taco was oookay. Also got the Carne asada fries....SO disappointed. It looked like it was going to be so bomb. It wasn't. The fries tasted like they were made hours ago. It was worse than day old microwave fries.So gross. And the carne asada meat was so chewy & blande. Only thing good about this place was the two sauces that came with the taco.
