So tonight after working a 13 hour shift I walked from my home to abalardos on center street, ordered my food in Spanish. I'm not fully bilingual but they even brought in a lady that spoke English and she understood what I wanted because she repeated it back to me. I ordered a half order of nacho fries, the carne asada tacos meal, the shrimp bowl, and two horchatas, I paid 54$!!! After getting my order I walked back home. 15 minute walk. Got home and looked in the bags, I received two orders of super nacho fries, a burrito that I didn't ask for. No tacos! I even tipped the lady 10$ because I have worked in the food industry and I understand how frustrating it can be to get a large order late at night. I've repeatedly have had this same problem, they over charge and add on items that I do NOT ask for. The fact that the majority of my order was in SPANISH absolutely baffles me. The nacho fries weren't cooked all the way, steak was chewy and overcooked. My shrimp bowl had overcooked chewy shrimp and again, why did I get two orders of super nacho fries? I have no respect for this restaurant. Many times I've gone in or through the drive-thru. I've ordered the number 18 extra beans, extra rice, extra carne asada never the same. I never get anything I pay for it but I don't get it and then when I ask him they act like they don't understand the English very well. So last night I drive through the drive-thru which is multiple times. I asked for a number 18 extra carne asada. When I get my order I asked the guy did I get my extra carne asada he got rude yes and slammed the window well when I finally get my order first out that came through my mind. He's spitting my food.
