Was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to place an order to be picked up. While on hold I listened to them deal with a customer who was complaining how her order was messed up and them ringing up other customers. Figured they forgot about me so I hung up and called back which took 5 minutes before someone answered the phone and put me back on hold. Finally she came back on with an attitude and had issues taking my order. I get there to pick up my food and they combined two of my orders in one container and the lady still had an attitude. My daughter even commented on how rude she was. Took my food home and it was barely warmed up and the cheese was not completely melted on the enchiladas. My whole family commented on how the food has went downhill. My daughter said she couldn’t even eat it. We used to go 2-3 times a month before Coronavirus and now because of this we will not...

First, thank you to all of the Latino men and women who have served in our Armed Services. Some have given their lives. That is a main reason this restaurant has been established! One of my go-to's. We go here more often than most other restaurants and we eat out @3 times per week. Food is consistently the same, good! Daily food and beverage specials are welcoming. Margaritas are very good. The menudo and posole are great starters. The wife loves the nachos which she gets every time we go. IMO the kitchen or restaurant needs a person who knows this style of food so that it may elaborate the menu and also be a bit more consistent on what the entrees look like and how they come out of the kitchen. I've heard a lot about this establishment but I didn't like the food. It was very bland for it to be Spanish cuisine. We ordered a variety of different dishes and they all were bland. This seems to be a local "area" favorite , but there are tons of other Better tasting restaurants in the area. Flavor should be added to ALL the dishes. Salt and pepper goes a long way. Not at all what I expected I wouldn't recommend. And they also served us wings that were cooked from frozen, when we bit them they were cold in the middle. Meaning they didn't cook them all the way...too bad I had good hopes...
