Helados Santa Fe — Restaurant in Omaha

I did not like the service there. Talk about rude ass people working there. Customers like me are the one's giving them business so it should be all about good customer service. I was waiting in line for a good ten minutes while 4 of the girls working there would ignore me and skip to the next person until I finally told one of the girls, hey when is someone going to ask me why do I want instead of just looking at me and not attending me, and all she could say is oh were you in line? Well obviously, but you know what u can forget it, after I saw someone scratch her hair and didn't wash her hands, the restrooms were really dirty too. I'll go give someone else my business instead. So I know I won't go back...

We usually come here for waffle cones after a trip to the zoo. There is a great selection of ice cream flavors and they are all delicious! Some of them are flavors you won't most places. The prices are pretty good. The flavors weren't labeled but the lady that was helping us told us all the flavors and gave a little review of some of them.
