Office West Lounge — Restaurant in Omaha

The bar itself was nice, I really liked the decorations which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Our bartender who had blonde hair was super nice and attentive. However, the other bartender was extremely drunk on the job (I attached a photo of her). She was yelling everytime she talked, she wasn’t checking IDs properly, she was dropping glasses and drinks while making them, her face was bright red, I wasn’t sure if she was drunk at first but then I saw her take a big shot of alcohol and turn more red and I realized that she was drinking on the job. If there was an option to give zero stars that would have been done. With that being said I’ll leave the only closest option available, one star.

If you are under the age of 30 this is the not the bar for you. They treat middle aged individuals in a sarcastic, undermining and rude manor. They have no problem having you rack up a bill and then turn around treating you in a degrading and unwelcoming manor.

Do not go here if you’re looking for a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Spend the extra money to go to a classier bar. This is very disappointing and dissatisfying. Get...

Terrible customer service.

Apparently if you’re in your mid twenties you’re not considered a customer. DO NOT go here if you’re wanting to enjoy a night with friends and not be publicly belittled and ridiculed for absolutely no reason other then simply “looking young”.

This place of “business” needs to reevaluate how they treat their PAYING CUSTOMERS.
