One star because of their procedures to clean. I get it you need to clean the floor. Do you need to do it in the middle of the afternoon? The employee literally took a pitcher of solution dumped it around on the floor, went and got a mop, spread the solution around on part of the floor and called it good. Didn’t move the chairs around to clean the floor, just spread it around with a mop quickly. Reminded me of if I were to ask my 4 yr old to sweep out the garage.

The fumes from the solution was horrendous. It burned my eyes, irritated my throat, gave me a headache and upset stomach. I finally left the place, couldn’t handle it.

The employee spent maybe a total of 5 minutes “cleaning” why not just do it at closing? Especially if you are going to use a solution with that kind of fumes. Again, I am all for cleanliness, there was not much cleaning that occurred and again the fumes irritated eyes, throat, headache, and stomach.

UPDATE - the active ingredient in the cleaner this store uses is Nonylphenol Ethoxylate. This is on the EPAs list to reduce use of in the future. Its highly toxic to aquatic life. Its been found the human body and is associated with reproductive and development issues in rodents(via the EPA website). Toxic Free Future states " There are also concerns about the effects on human health, including reproductive, nervous system, and immune effects."

Maybe I am extra sensitive to this chemical, regardless why would a business use this chemical when there are much...

GO TO THE SCOOTERS AT 135TH AND CALIFORNIA or IN ROCKBROOK VILLAGE!

The staff at this location were very friendly, however, when I asked about being able to use my own CLEAN reusable mug, I was told they can't do that since Covid. While I understand that reasoning I also question why they sell reusable Scooters large coffee mugs if you can't actually reuse them at Scooters. I love Scooter's and want to be able to support them, but I also want to be thoughtful of our environment and try to help undue all the single use plastics bring thrown out everyday since Covid. If you are also a person looking to support locations that emphasize environmental conservation, GO TO THE SCOOTERS AT 135TH AND CALIFORNIA or IN ROCKBROOK VILLAGE! They gladly put your drink straight into a reusable mug...

Okay I know they close at 9. That is why when I pulled up to the drive thru 2 min before 9 I asked if they would still take an order. The lady said yes. It was my 2 daughters and myself. I ordered 2 drinks and she proceeds to tell me I pulled up right before closing and since I am ordering more than one drink and she wants to go home she was not gonna take my order. I'm just upset because she could have just said no when I pulled up and I would have understood. But then to just say never mind its too much. Not happy at all. I was not ordering anything crazy or extra. Just 3 of their regular drinks. She could have been having a bad bay but my daughter was having a bad day and was very excited when she told us yes she would take our order and then to say no...
